What sets me apart is over two decades of global living and working experience, supporting properties across Asia and North America in both operational and design-advisory capacities. My background spans international education, hospitality, and property operations, and has shaped a practical, guest-focused approach to creating spaces that are not only visually compelling, but functional, durable, and ready to perform in real-world use.
Each project I support reflects a deep understanding of how travelers actually live in a space. I focus on thoughtful layout, curated furnishings, and operational details that support comfort, clarity, and ease, from how a guest arrives, to how a property is maintained and handed over to local teams. Whenever possible, I spend time closely testing the spaces I work on, ensuring that design decisions translate into smooth operations, functionality, and a positive guest experience.
What began as a curiosity around a shared property in Hong Kong evolved into a broader role supporting short- and mid-term rental properties through design coordination, operational setup, and structured handovers. My work bridges concept and execution, helping owners and partners prepare spaces for launch, optimize guest experience, and transition properties into stable, day-to-day operations with clear documentation and processes in place.
This site brings together a selection of spaces and projects I’ve worked on, offering a view into how thoughtful design, operational planning, and attention to detail come together to support calm, memorable, and comfortable experiences for guests.
